  • 30-day review – If the same issue returns within 30 days, I’ll come back and recheck it for you without any extra labour cost. It’s my way of giving you confidence that the problem has truly been solved.
  • Clear explanations – I won’t just fix the issue and leave. I’ll explain in plain language what was wrong, what I did, and give you simple tips to help prevent it happening again.
  • Remote help – For smaller problems, I can often connect securely to your computer online. This means many issues can be solved quickly without needing another home visit.
  • Friendly guidance – Even after the service, if you have a quick question or need reassurance, just call or message me. I’m happy to guide you step by step.
  • Fair limits – My support covers the repair I carried out. If a new problem appears, or if you’d like extra lessons, help after accidental damage, or removal of new infections, I’ll still be there to assist you at my standard fair rates.
